- When will my Order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped once payment has been received. You will receive an email confirmation of the order received and this is when order processing will commence. Please indicate your preferred delivery time period in the comment Tab while placing an order.
- What if I am not available when my goods are delivered?
We are able to arrange preferred times for you, so it’s important to be at the nominated address to receive goods.
- What will delivery cost me?
The delivery cost will depend on the product that you purchase and the quantity you buy. You will be able to select the delivery option at checkout, where you will also be advised of the costs.
- Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over Australia and certain items Worldwide.
- How will I know that my order has been shipped?
Once an order has been processed and payment has authorised, you will receive an order confirmation including shipment details via email or phone call. Order processing may take 2-3 days depending on the method of payment. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment, we will contact you by email or telephone.
- How long will it take to receive my order, once I have paid?
Delivery times will depend on the location of delivery. All orders will be processed once the payment has been received. Order processing times will depend on the day the order was placed.
The estimated delivery times in Australia are in 5-8 business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays for normal shipping and 3 to 5 business days for express shipping.
The estimated delivery times to other countries are in 8-15 business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays for normal shipping and 3 to 5 business days for express shipping.
- Can I pick up an order from a specified location?
If you wish to pick up your order, email Customer Services at Fish And Caviar. You will then be advised if your request has been accepted or not. This option will depend on the product and is at the discretion of Fish And Caviar.
