Will I receive confirmation when my order has been placed?
When you place an order you will be supplied with an order confirmation number instantly via email, which you can use to track the order if you have any problems.
Once an order has been processed and payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation that the order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is on it’s way!

If I change my mind after the order has been placed, but not shipped, can I get a full refund?
Yes, you will receive a full refund or a store credit if the order has not been shipped already within 24hrs. The refund may take up to 5 working days to process. By placing an order with us, you are committing to purchase the product you selected based on the terms and conditions of Fish And Caviar.
